Background
"RECOVERABLE SALES" is one of CashConverters´s business lines that generates the highest EBITDA .
The challenge
The website for "Venta Recuperable Online," as well as the landing pages for "Empeños" and "Compro-Oro," redirect traffic between them. HOWEVER, each of these pages operates in separate flows and has a completely different look & feel. The issue here is that users do not perceive a cohesive browsing experience across these pages; they don't feel like they are navigating within a unified website.
My Role
I've been the UX designer for this project, and it has been a personally rewarding experience to systematically analyze and address the various challenges I've encountered, ultimately streamlining them into a wireframe.
