Venta Recuperable - UX Case Study

Design subject of analysis

 

Project Overview

"RECOVERABLE SALES" is one of CashConverters´s business lines that generates the highest EBITDA .

The business objective is to attract new customers by focusing on appointment scheduling, while the user's goal is to maximize the performance of their product in the simplest and quickest way possible.

 
 

Website Flow

 

The challenge

The website for "Venta Recuperable Online," as well as the landing pages for "Empeños" and "Compro-Oro," redirect traffic between them. HOWEVER, each of these pages operates in separate flows and has a completely different look & feel. The issue here is that users do not perceive a cohesive browsing experience across these pages; they don't feel like they are navigating within a unified website

My Role

I've been the UX designer for this project, and it has been a personally rewarding experience to systematically analyze and address the various challenges I've encountered, ultimately streamlining them into a wireframe.
